"You are currently not authorized to log in" message. What does that mean?
PRICING TIER: All
APPOINTMENT VERSION: Single & Multiple
The profile of each Customer (end-user) includes the "Allow To Log In" option. When this option is set to "No", the user will not have access to log in to the Customer View and will see the error message "You are currently not authorized to log in."
By default, the "Allow to Log In" field will be set to Optional when adding and modifying customer records through the Customers tab. If you can't see the field or need to add it to other areas such as the Appointment Page or Customer View Registration Page, this can be done by making a few changes to the Customer Fields/Terms section of settings.
You can also use Customers Preference #2 to automatically disable the ability for end users to log in to the Customer View until you approve their access. When using this preference, the "Allow to Log In" field would need to be set to Yes manually by an Administrative User.
To adjust this setting go to: Settings tab > Customers > Preference #2
