📝 Overview
Multiple Book Now buttons are available for directing customers to schedule online. These buttons are included when subscribing to any price plan and can be added to your website or social media platforms to allow customers to book appointments and events directly.
⚠️ Please Note: Terms for Appointment, Service, Staff Member, etc. may be different within your account's configuration. Only Headquarter and Location Administrators can make changes to the Customer View.
🔑 Requirements & Set Up
Below are the requirements to get started adding your Book Now Buttons. If you don't see the "Book Now Buttons" link in your account, check the Top Menu Access section of your Staff Member profile to ensure you have the proper permissions enabled.
DaySmart Appointments account (you will need to be logged in)
For Facebook integration: Active Facebook account
For Twitter integration: Active Twitter account
🌐 Adding a Book Now Button to Your Website
Customers can access your scheduling site by clicking the Book Now button placed on your website in the section you selected.
Hover over the Customer View option in the header bar, then select Book Now Buttons.
Select the button you would like to add to your website.
Click the Copy to Clipboard link.
Paste the HTML text into the desired section of your website, then save your file and upload it to your domain hosting service.
🖥️ Adding a Book Now Button to Facebook
The Facebook Book Now button is displayed prominently at the top of the page within the header image, allowing friends and fans to book appointments directly through Facebook.
Hover over the Customer View option in the header bar, then select Book Now Buttons.
Select Facebook Marketing on the left.
Log in to Facebook and go to your business page.
Click on "Add a Button", then "Choose a Button" drop down and select the "Book Now" call to action.
In the "Website" field, enter your direct booking link, which will be available directly from the list of instructions.
Leave the "Set up a Link to an App" as "No" and click the "Create" button.
You may also share to Facebook directly from this page.
✍️ Posting to Twitter
Post and share directly from your DaySmart Appointments account by following the instructions below.
Hover over the Customer View option in the header bar, then select Book Now Buttons.
Select Twitter Marketing on the left.
Share directly from your DaySmart Appointments account here (you will need to be logged into your Twitter account).
