Issues resolved in this release
Customer Alert of Session Expiration
The Customer View NextGen Application has been updated to improve the experience for logged-in Customers. With this change, the user will be notified when 60 seconds remain on their active session. If they do act on the application within that time period, their session will be renewed. If the user does not act on the application within that time period, they will be automatically logged out and redirected to the homepage. |
Resend Appointment Confirmation Email
The Customer View NextGen Application has been updated so that for any future Appointments the user will be able to Resend Email Confirmation notifications in order to be reminded of the Appointment details. |
