How can I see a list of customers who have not scheduled appointments in a while?

You can run a report to see all customers who have not had an appointment for a set duration by doing the following:
CLICK: Reports Tab > Appointment Report (default) > Use the "Last Appointment Made" option for the Date filter > Complete the rest of the report details and "Run Report"
