How do I change the times listed along the left side of the appointment grid?

The times that are listed along the left side of the Appointment Grid are controlled by the “Appointments Start” preference. This preference is in the Appointments section of Preferences. If you set this preference to “every 15 minutes”, then the time slots on the Appointment Grid will be 15 minutes apart. If you want to change the range of time on the Appointment Grid, you will need to change the overall organization hours. To do this, click on the Settings Tab, then click on the Open Hours link on the left side. The open hours may be edited here. The organization's open hours control the range of time that displays on the appointment grid.
