How can I restrict the available times of Services?

There are two options to restrict scheduling of Services to specific times of the day. Take a look at the Service Times & Exceptions Overview to learn more about each option.

1. Service Times & Exceptions

Service Times give you the ability to create a weekly recurring schedule for each Service and Add-On Service. Users will only be able to add appointments during the times each service is available. The schedules apply to all Staff Members, making this a great option when all your Staff Members offer Services at the same time of day.

2. Service Schedules by Staff Member

This feature gives you the ability to set up a weekly recurring schedule for each Service and Add-On Service. Each Staff Member will have their own Service Times section to indicate what times of the day they offer services. Users will only be able to add appointments during the times each service is available.
