How do I change the term used for staff members?

APPOINTMENT VERSION: Single & Multiple
CLICK: Settings Tab > Terms > Preference #2 refers to the Staff Members in your account
Change the term in the singular and plural form, then update the page. This will change that term wherever it appears in your account.
