Why is the wrong duration displaying when I select a service?

Check the duration that is assigned to the staff member for that service. To do this, click on the Staff Members button, click on a staff member’s name, then click on the Services Offered link on the left side. The column labeled “Time to Complete” is the duration that is used when appointments are made for a particular service with this staff member. When you assign a service to a staff member, the system allows you to override the duration of the service for that particular staff member. Therefore, when appointments are being made, the system will look for the duration value assigned to the staff member to determine how much time to allocate to the appointment. This is very important to note because if at a later time, you decide to change the duration of service, you must also change the duration of that service for each of your staff members.
