Statistics Reports

With the Statistics Reports, you can compile the data created through your DaySmart Appointments account to see the basic scheduling metrics for a specific date range.

NOTE: This report is only available for Headquarters and Location Administrators.

You can use the reports to:

  • View the number of appointments and average appointments per day

  • View the number of signups and average signups per day

NOTE: Signups are created when a customer record is added to the system. This applies when a customer record is added through the Customer View or Administrative View.

To access the Statistics Reports:

  1. Click on the Reports tab

  2. Select the Statistics Reports link

Report Details

There are many types of predefined statistics reports available. Each report type provides a different breakdown of the appointment and customer data.

Appointment Statistic Report

  • Appointments by Staff Member - Shows the number of appointments and average appointments per day for each Staff Member profile.

  • Appointments by Service - Shows the number of appointments and average appointments per day for each Service.

  • Appointments by Add-on Service - Shows the number of appointments and average appointments per day for each Add-on Service.

  • Appointments by Customer Type - Shows the number of appointments and average appointments per day for each Customer Type.

  • Appointments by Status - Shows the number of appointments and average appointments per day for each Appointment Status.

Customer Statistic Report

  • Signups by Lead Type (heard via type) - Shows the number of customer records by Lead Type.

  • Signups by Customer Type - Shows the number of customer records by Customer Type.

  • Signups by Customer Name and Service - Shows the Customer Name, Date, Service, Staff Member, and Appointment Status for each appointment.

To run the report:

1. Start with the Select Location drop down to only view data for a specific location, or all locations.

(The drop-down will always default to the 'All Locations' option)

2. Next, use the Appointment Dates or Signup Dates section to select a date range.

(This option will always default to the current date)

3. Choose from one of the predefined report types from the Include in Report section.

4. Click the Run Report button below the applicable report type.
