Appointment Analytics Report

The Appointment Analytics report lets you compile the appointment data created through your DaySmart Appointments account to see the basic scheduling metrics for a specific date range. If you allow Customers to schedule appointments online, this report can give you statistical information showing the number and percentage of appointments scheduled through the Customer View (Front End) and Site Administration (Back End) view.

NOTE: This report is available to Headquarters Administrators.

You can use the report to:

  • View appointment totals for a specific date range

  • Compare appointment scheduling through the Customer View versus Site Administration

  • Analyze the utilization of Services and Events

To access the report:

  1. Click on the Reports tab

  2. Select the Appointment Analytics link

Report Details

To run the report:

  1. Start by selecting what type of Statistic you would like to see in the report. Each Statistic option will provide a different breakdown of your Appointments.

    • Total Appointments - This option will list the appointment totals and provide a link to view the appointment details for each day.

    • Customer View VS Site Administration - Select this option to list appointments created through the Customer View (Front End) and Site Administration (Back End) on separate rows.

    • Appointments by Staff Member - This option will list the appointment totals for each Staff Member.

    • Appointments by Service - This option will list the appointment totals for each Service.

    • Appointments by Status - This option will list the appointment totals for each Appointment Status.

  2. Select a Location from the drop-down list to view statistical information for a specific location.

  3. Select an option from the Services to Include dropdown. This option will dictate what type of Appointments are included in the report.

  4. Choose a Start Date to view statistical information starting from a specific day.

  5. Select an option from the Start Week On drop-down to modify what day of the week will show first in the report.

  6. Choose a Period to organize the statistical information in a Day, Week, or Month view.

  7. Select the number of Periods to Show. This option represents the number of days, weeks, or months to show from the 'Start Week On' date. For example, if you need to see statistical information for each month of the year 2013, select 'January 1st, 2013' as the Start Date, 'Month' for the Period, and '12' for the number of Periods to Show.

  8. Select the Statuses to Include in the report. This option is primarily used to remove Cancelled appointments from your report.

  9. Use the checkboxes to adjust what options to Include Stats On.

  10. Click the Show Statistics button.
