The Appointment Grid Paging feature allows you to click through groups of Staff Member and Room schedules from the Site Administration interface. You can customize the number of schedules to display, pick custom sets of schedules to show together, or select a specific page of schedules to view.
NOTE: Appointment Grid Paging is automatically enabled for accounts with 6 or more Active schedules. The option to disable the Paging feature is not available at this time.

The controls
Once you have 6 or more active schedules, the paging options will automatically appear above the Appointment Grid. These options will default to showing the first page with up to 10 schedules and having all of your Staff Members and Rooms selected.

Here's a closer look at the options:

Page Number
At the far-left side of the paging controls is a page number drop down. The drop down will list the number of page schedules available to you based on the number of schedules you have selected per page. You can either select a specific page of schedules to display, page through one at a time, or page to the end of first page.
To jump to a specific page, use the drop down and select the desired page. The appointment grid will automatically refresh to the selected page. You can also use the icons on both sides of the drop down to forward to different pages. Click on the single arrow icons to page to the next/previous page or go directly to the first/last page by clicking the outer icons.

Selected Schedules
The right side of the paging control panel is where you can create custom selected schedules. Selecting unique schedule comparisons is where the power is behind the paging feature. Click the arrow up or down to see the available options.
From the dropdown menu, you can do the following:

  • Search

Enter a partial or full string search to locate the desired schedule(s). Once you enter at least 2 characters, the search results will automatically be returned. When you are ready, check the staff member/room schedules you want to display.
If you need to run two different search queries to find all the schedules to select, run each search and select the intended schedules. Once you have selected them all, click Go. The paging control will remember each staff member/room selected from each search result until the Go button is selected.

  • None

Clicking "None" will automatically check all available schedules.

  • Select

From the schedule drop down, check each schedule you would like to view.

Show / Hide paging
After changing your paging control settings, you can choose to hide it from the appointment grid. Select the "Hide Paging" icon located in the bar above the paging control panel.
If you need to adjust the paging settings or create a custom schedule display, click the Show Paging link. You can show/hide the paging controls as often as you wish.

NOTE: Once you log out, the system will save your Show/Hide settings. For example, if you Hide Paging and then log out, the next time you sign into your account the paging controls will be hidden.

Saving your settings
While you are logged into your account, any changes you make to the paging controls will be saved during your current session. This means that if you change your page number to 3, or select to show 20 schedules per page, or pick 3 of your 34 schedules to display, once you navigate to another page within your account and return to the appointment grid, your paging controls will be the same. These settings, however, are not saved after you log out of your account.

Standard schedule displays
The standard Staff Member and Room schedule display options above the calendar are still available when using the paging feature. If you select a specific Staff Member or Room from the drop downs, it will filter the Appointment Grid to only show the selected schedule. Selecting the "All Staff Members" or "All Rooms" options will disable the filtering options and result in showing your schedules based on the paging settings.
