This will be for clients who have completed the 10DLC Brand & Campaign registration through Vonage, both using our Brand & Campaign or creating their own.
We have expanded the SMS offerings. Currently, we only offer SMS reminders about upcoming appointments, but moving forward you will be able to send SMS notifications for:
Confirmation
Cancellation
Changes
Dates
Staff
Service
No Show
Completion of Service
Navigating to SMS Templates
The SMS Template and Settings options have been relocated from Marketplace > SMS Appointment Notification to Settings > Notifications.

Go to Settings
Under Notifications, choose SMS Appointment Notifications.
The next screen will show a list of SMS notifications with their description and the current status of the notification. Select any link from Name column to update the notification.
In the Appointment Confirmation SMS Template box, you can change:
Status: Select Active or Inactive
Select Location:
By Default, the login location details will be displayed.
Location options will include current location, HQ location and locations that have enabled “Separate Location SMS Notifications".
Include Additional Info: Add tokens like Date, Time, Service, Staff, Room and more. These will get replaced with the corresponding keywords when sending.
Text Area: Update the content of your message.
Preview Button: Select this button to see the message before you send it.
Preview Message:
Select Update All Location or Update Locations to save the template and close.

Select Settings then under Notifications, select SMS Settings
SMS Settings allows admins to change the following settings:
Location
Choose whether customers are automatically opted into SMS notifications after their accounts are created.
How far in advance to send reminders
Add reply requests
Add "Reply with 1” for customers to confirm
Add "Reply with 0 for customers to cancel
Both are optional and will use an additional credit.
Add an auto-reply for customer confirmations or cancellations
Select Update All Location or Update Locations to save the settings and close.
