How do I schedule appointments outside my normal hours?

First, you will need to expand your overall hours to encompass any times outside of the normal hours that you may need to make appointments. Your clients will not see your "Open Hours". They only see the schedule set up with your staff members. To expand your open hours:
CLICK: Settings > Open Hours > Set the open times as needed.
WARNING:
Do NOT click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page stating it up will update all of your staff members schedules prior to updating.
When you go back to the appointment grid, you'll see that the expanded hours now show on your grid in gray color. Those times will not display as being open to your customers using the Customer View, but you can click on them via Site Administration and book appointments in them, even though they are grayed out. If you are unable to click on a grayed time slot, please update the following preference:
