Can I show more information on the appointment grid?

When using the Single Appointments Per Time Slot version of DaySmart Appointments software, several preferences are available to include additional details for each Appointment. Setting these preferences to "No" will reduce the amount of detail shown for each Appointment, therefore, reducing the space required for each item on the Appointment Grid.

The information fields that can display within appointments on the Appointment Grid next to the customer's name is:

  • Service

  • Daytime Phone #

  • Evening Phone #

  • Birth Date

  • City

  • Zip/Postal Code

  • Account Number

  • PO Number (Platinum Price Tier Only - Please contact us to have this feature enabled)

The setting used to add or remove these fields can be found within the "Appointments" of your account preferences.

GO TO: Settings tab > Appointments > Preferences #17 - #23

NOTE: The ability to add extra fields on the Appointment Grid is limited to accounts using the Single Appointment Per Time Slot version, however, the PO Number field can be added to the appointment grid for accounts using either software version. If you need the PO Number for each appointment to show on the appointment grid, please reach out to our support team.
