This is a functionality that we have to enable for you.

If you have a business whereby customers are assigned sales reps or any other entity, like a referring person, the "sales rep" functionality allows you to set them up in the system and assign customers to them. The sales reps can then log in and only see the Appointment Report for their assigned customers. This works well for installation-type businesses or those businesses with a structure referral process, such as a doctor's office.

If this feature is enabled, it uses the Referred By field (in the customer fields/terms preferences) to list the sales reps. So, if you are already using the Referred By field, you may need to switch to using another field for that purpose.
