Does the system send out e-mail appointment reminders?

Based on your account configuration, the system can send out Appointment reminder e-mails prior to the Appointment. You can choose to send it one time or once a day starting at specified number of days before the Appointment. To review the settings in your account:

  • Click Settings

  • Click Notifications

  • Find and open the Appointment Reminder E-mail

  • Select the number of Days before Appointment to send the reminder

  • Choose the setting for Continue to send reminder email every day prior to the Appointment

    • Yes will only work when the previous setting is set to 2 or more days

When you are satisfied with the settings of your reminder email, click Update to save the changes to your account.
