Does the system send out e-mail appointment reminders?

Based on your account configuration, the system can send out Appointment reminder e-mails prior to the Appointment. You can choose to send it one time or once a day starting at specified number of days before the Appointment. To review the settings in your account:
Click Settings
Click Notifications
Find and open the Appointment Reminder E-mail
Select the number of Days before Appointment to send the reminder
Choose the setting for Continue to send reminder email every day prior to the Appointment
Yes, will only work when the previous setting is set to 2 or more days
